Duplicate stage2 files were made for the movements where editorial 
additions were being made - labeled "stage2ed" and "score_ed". 
Below are notes made while I was exploring adding editorial trills [t]. 
ESF's editorial corrections (finalized 5/25/2010) were made in stage2ed                   
and score_ed files.  The files for the movements affected were then 
updated in the stage2gm & score_gm files.  The corrections in Op. 1, 
No. 1, Mvt. 1 in this instance were the addition of two ed. trills and 
an improved spacing.  Placement of the trills was done by remaking the 
pages from a corrected stage2 (stage2ed), putting them into corrected 
score files (score_ed) and then running them in mskpage to adjust the 
exact placement.  Hopefully this process can be shortened.  But just 
placing the new positioning of the i-files into the original pages 
files is time consuming and if there is fine tuning necessary after 
that, it might be just as time consuming as to remake the pages. In 
this case I expanded the layout for Mvt. 1, so "mskpage" was used.
