The above puts the last staff of the last system of p.2 at approximately 
line 2666 so that the ID line with page # & "(c)" will be nicely spaced.  
One wrinkle, the last staff then started at 2165 but was moved down to 
2200 to give extra room between staffs for the "Adagio" at n 35.  
The "Height of Type" for p. 1 was chosen for the same reason & adjusments 
were made between staffs and above the system for esthetic placement.  
Changing the staff spacing of the first system to 175 175 175 (= 525) 
in order for the last line to = ~2666 results in placing the "Height 
of Type" at 2666 - 525 - 120 (space between II. and the top line of 
music to be at approximately 2020 (2021 to be exact).
