Source:         Backup copies from Ed's and Steve's computer made 
                  in about the 1994 time frame.  

Verification:   Stage2 has been completely reworked, using the printed 
                  score from the 1989 edition as a source.  

Notes:          The 1989 edition has been up-dated so that it can be  
                  played and printed using current (2004) software.  

                A new, more compact edition (2nd edition - 2004) has 
                  been constructed from the reworkd stage2 files.  
                  A CFT file has been constructed for this file set.  

                The 2nd edition includes two additional choruses 
                  which are identified in the stage2 source as 
                  "Anhang."  No indication is given as to where 
                  these choruses belong in the work.  

                No attempt was made to build new PARTS or SHORT-score 
                  file sets from the reworked Stage2 files, but the 
                  group memberships are in place to do this.
