-- Sound directions in Mvt. 07: pizzicato for Continuo (entered), con sordino for 
   Vn. 1, 2, Vla. (not entered). These become coll' arco e staccato, senza sordino in 
   Mvt. 08.  

-- Difficult change of instruments from Corno da caccia to Tromba 1 in track 1

This version of mvts. 19A and 19B ("score" group) locates the break between the
two movements at the double bar at m. 144, where it should be. At present our printing
system does not permit "suspended" ties at the beginning 
or end of a track, which this version entails; nor is there a way 
in Stage2 to represent a suspended tie at the beginning of a track.  
When these problems are resolved, these tracks should be substituted 
for the "score"-group tracks in the present 19A and 19B, and the "@" comments 
added to ALT19\19B\S01 and S02 should be deleted.

-- Need a sound direction for "tremolo". E.g.  
cannot specify timpani roll at present (as 
in 0232\04\04).  

-- We need to be able to end and begin a movement with a 
"hanging" tie. In 0232\19A, the movement should 
break at the double bar at m. 144, but the hanging ties 
force us to break several measures later instead.
