Concerto in G Major, Op.10, No. 6, RV 437 Le Cene 544, Amsterdam [c.1728] Movement 1 - Allegro The Le Cene microfilm was difficult to read at the end of the lines of the music in track 5, measures 59-108 (end). Meas.52\16 - Flute has G5! Entered an editorial F#5. Meas.51-53+ is a running pattern of thirds. Giordano 31 RV 101 has F#5 (m.55). Meas.63\2 - Track 4 had D4. Entered an editorial D#4. D#s in tr.1-2. # missing in track 4. An oversight? Meas.77\6 - Track 5 has E3. Giordano has an A3 (m.81, tr.4). This second half of the third beat of this measure is unusual either way. Having D5 and C5 (naturals) in track 1 would sound more harmonious but these notes are clearly marked as sharps in Le Cene and Giordano 31. Malipiero has an A3 and in track 1, D#5 and C#5. Movement 2 - Largo Meas.16 - Fermata on last note in only tracks 2, 3, & 5. Added fermatas in tracks 1 and 4. Movement 3 - Allegro Meas.60\10 - Flute has B5. Left as is. Giordano RV 101 has A5, which I feel is harmonically wrong. Meas.96 - Fermata on last note in only tracks 1-4. Added a fermata in track 5.
