Source:         Backup copies from Ed's and Steve's computer made 
                  in about the 1994 time frame.  

Verification:   Stage2 has been completely reworked, using the printed 
                  score from the 1990 edition as a source.  

Notes:          A new, more compact edition (2nd edition - 2003) was  
                  produced as a result.  Also, a continuo part and an 
                  Xcontinuo part were produced using the figures from 
                  the Arnold edition.  CFT files were constructed 
                  for each of these three file sets.  

                No attempt was made to update the PARTS or SHORT-score 
                  from the reworked Stage2 files.  The group memberships 
                  are in place to do this, however.
